Shipping

We use several different carriers included, but not limited to; US Postal Services, UPS, Federal Express, Common Carrier, Speedy Delivery and more. All shipping amounts have handling charges factored into them. We ship most of our orders directly from the manufacturer, or our warehouses. Most items will be received in 3-5 business days.

 

Incomplete or Lost Shipments

If an incomplete shipment is received, please wait an additional day before notifying ShopLogCabin. Shipments may come from more than one location or be separated and delayed by the carrier. If you have not received your shipment within 5 days we will send a tracer to locate the lost package.

 

Damaged Shipments

ShopLogCabin is not responsible for damaged or lost materials after it is delivered to or picked up by the carrier. Before accepting any shipment from a carrier, inspect it for external and internal damage. Report any damage to the carrier within 24 hours and follow the carrier’s instructions. After you have taken these steps report any damage to ShopLogCabin and we will work with you on ways to resolve the problem.


Returns

Prior authorization from ShopLogCabin must be received before returning any merchandise. Returns are accepted for merchandise purchased from ShopLogCabin and not from any other supplier. Returned goods must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. To be elegible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns within 30 days will have a 15% restocking fee and there is a 20% restocking fee on returned items after 30 days. Returns must be requested within 30 days and must be delivered and received at ShopLogCabin withing 60 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Logs & wood items are non-returnable. Custom orders are non-returnable. Unauthorized rturns will be refused. Shipping charges and responsibility for damage of return are at purchasers expense. If you receive products that you did not order contact us immediately. We will pay for the return shipping of incorrect products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
